a) Sales, Executive / Senior Executive / Manager (Certification/ Audit Services)
You will partner with the Technical Manager for Sales, to drive the Singapore sales activities of Management System Certification.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for sales of Management System Certification
-
Work with Technical Manager on go-to-market strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets
-
Support management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios
-
Collaborate with Managers to identify new opportunities, markets, partnerships or business alliances to reach out to target customers for new services, with a focus to grow customer base in respective markets
-
Manage end to end sales for assigned portfolio, support quotes generation and see through sales closure
-
Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive and support lead generation initiatives
-
Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects, associations, public institutes and partners
-
Position and remuneration will be commensurate depending on suitability and experience
Key Requirements:
-
Possess a minimum Diploma or Degree with 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development in management system certification
-
Experience in construction, allied industry and knowledge in Management System Certification schemes would be an added advantage
-
Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and management of major accounts for growth
-
Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management to drive through business initiatives

Clear and articulate presentation ability

Resourceful, fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
b) Management System Auditor (QMS, EMS, OHSMS, GDPMDS, FSMS, ISMS)
-
Qualified and experience Management System Auditors with at least 3-5 years of auditing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Execution of the certification audit process as Auditor / Lead Auditor.
-
Exhibits appropriate judgment regarding issue notification, prepares draft findings in accordance with relevant management system standards and drafts final audit reports for review by the Technical or Audit Manager.

Demonstrates depth and breadth of knowledge of Audit methodologies and objectives.
-
Demonstrates professional skepticism.
-
Presents audit results in an objective and unbiased manner.
-
Writes opinions reflecting relevant facts that lead to logical conclusions.
-
Assist Technical Manager in the development of course materials and other certification document review processes.
-
Ensure compliance with ISOCert's policy & procedures, ISO 17021, ISO 19011 standard requirements.

Perform administrative duties to plan and organize audits.
-
Develop course materials and conduct management system standards training.
-
Support business development activities as required (including follow up and/or referral of enquiries, sales visits, assistance at events, seminars, etc) to enable on-going growth of the business.
Key Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in or equivalent qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of working experience in auditing, product manufacturing, project management of which at least 4 years of industrial experience.

Candidates with knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 / HACCP, ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001, ISO 27001 and other management system related standards are preferred (Must possess IRCA Approved Lead Auditor Certificates).

Those with auditing experience will be an added advantage.
